Responsibilities

• Actively participate in learning and professional growth opportunities
• Maintain organized and detailed documentation and records as required
• Communicate effectively with team members and tenants, providing support and information as needed
• Complete a 12-month Compass Learnership Program within the Human Capital team
• Commit to completing an Accredited NQF L4/5 Qualification over the 12-month period
• Gain practical, on-the-job experience within a dynamic social enterprise environment

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Journalism, PR, Communications
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Specialisation in writing and editing (highly advantageous)
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
